Camminare per ore, per chilometri, tra mare, scogliere e brughiera, da Seaford, deliziosa localita' sul mare in east sussex, in una splendida giornata di sole e di cielo blu, le bianche scogliere delle seven sisters, la valle e l'estuario del fiume Cuckmeere e i vecchi villaggi di East Dean e Alfriston, un pranzo seduti al fresco, sotto il sole in una teahouse e la cena in un antico pub aperto dal 1400 ad Alfriston, e un giro in vecchie librerie e negozi di alimentari tradizionali, campi sconfinati, mucche, pecore e campi da golf, un paradiso!,
